Bonnie Vale campground in Royal National Park

We camped in the National Park just outside of Bundeena, you can see Cronulla across the water, later on in the day you won't be able to see the sandbar in the foreground.

We stocked up with groceries at the IGA, a fairly big store for a little town, it also contains a liquor store so all our needs were met.

Ian and Gail Nightingale (yes for real), met us before we headed back to camp.  Dalton told Gail how uncomfortable our bed was so Ian brought us a 6" foam mattress which made the world of difference.

Unfortunately we have been without WiFi so are unable to keep in contact.

We had dinner with Ian and Gail at the Bundeena Lawn Bowling Club, food was great, and the place looked really nice, greens look fast.

Next day we took the ferry to Cronulla which is a bigger town than Bundeena, we were told it had lots of stores, however, most of them were places to buy food and drinks.  I did find a shoe store and got a great pair of sandals for walking.  We rushed to get the ferry back, it was a nice little ride, rougher on the way back but still lovely.
